George Tam is an integral part of our team who has been with us since the beginning. George Tam is an expert at answering even the most complex accounting questions.

Mr. George Tam, serving as the senior consultant of ALLNISON Auditing & Consulting Co., Ltd., has more than 20 years of experience in auditing, financial accounting and corporate finance in Hong Kong and China.

Mr. Tam has received his qualification as Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accounting and also been admitted as a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries as well as a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

During his professional practice in PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Tam provided auditing services for MNCs, listed companies and financial institutions in Hong Kong and China. He also engaged in IPOs for clients on the mainboard and the GEM board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Mr. Tam had also worked in KPMG, leading his team to provide advisory services on merger and acquisition transactions, corporate finance and cross border transactions. He is familiar with Hong Kong Listing rules and Companies Law.
