Mr. Larry Ng, currently serves as the Managing Director of ALLNISON Auditing & Consulting Co., Ltd., has more than 20 years of experience in financial and accounting sectors in Canada, Hong Kong, China and Cambodia, providing professional accounting, taxation and consulting advice for investors.
Prior going to Cambodia, Mr. Ng was working in PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong, providing taxation solutions on public listing, and advises on private equity funding and accounting issues. Mr. Ng also has extensive experience in dealing with tax officials and foreign investors from China and overseas, as well as providing guidance in the mergers & acquisition business sector.
Mr. Ng first served as Assistant to President of Canadia Bank, one of the top 3 banks in Cambodia when coming to Cambodia in 2009, and later was also participating in the forming of China-ASEAN Interbank Association.
In 2010, Mr. Ng was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Cana Securities Ltd. He focused on recruiting Cambodian and international companies seeking to list in Cambodia and overseas. He saw the importance and the need to encourage Cambodian and foreign investors to discover diverse range of investment opportunities in Cambodia, especially towards the securities, real estate and agricultural sectors. Mr. Ng was also one of the speakers at The 6th Fan Beibu Gulf Economic Cooperation Forum.
Mr. Ng’s community involvements include serving as the Executive Vice-Chairman and Deputy Secretary General of The China Hong Kong & Macau Business Association of Cambodia (柬埔寨中國港澳僑商總會) , and The Hong Kong Business Association of Cambodia (柬埔寨香港商會), Deputy Secretary-General of Cambodia Council for Promotion of Peaceful National Reunification (柬埔寨和平統一促進會).
Mr. Ng is also the association member of China Overseas Friendships Association of Beijing, China (中華海外聯誼會), the association member and youth ambassador of Shanghai Chinese Overseas Friendship Association (上海海外聯誼會), the council member of Hebei Province China Council for Promotion of Peaceful National Reunification (河北中國和平統一促進會), the committee member of Youth Committee of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese (中國僑聯青年委員會)， the committee member of Youth Committee of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese of Sichuan (西川省僑聯青年委員會) . Mr. Ng is also the overseas delegate of The National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of Guangdong Province and Shanghai (中國人民政治協商會議廣東委員會與上海市委員會海外列席代表).
In the Sports sector, Mr. Ng is now serving as the Honourable Chairman of Hong Kong China Dodgeball Federation (中國香港閃避球聯會) and the special coaching team of Cambodia national basketball team in 2015 SEA Games held in Singapore.
